This website, womamia.com, is operated by WOMA Wynwood LLC ("WOMA", "we") to present the WOMA Wynwood development in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit our contact form we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone, city, country, the residence type you are interested in, your budget range and, if you are a broker, your license and brokerage. We use them to contact you about this development, and we store them in our customer relationship system (Odoo) and in our internal delivery log.

If you accept our consent banner, we measure how the site is used: which sections you visit and for how long, how far you scroll, and what you click. This is recorded against a random identifier stored in your browser — we do not use your IP address to identify you, and we do not fingerprint your device. If you decline, none of this is collected.

If you submit the contact form, the browsing activity recorded in your browser under that random identifier is associated with your contact details in our systems, so our sales team can understand what interested you. This only happens when you submit the form.

Google Tag Manager (tag management) and the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement — data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure and improve our ad campaigns) run on this site, and only transmit after you accept the banner. Our own measurement system stores browsing events and form submissions in Google Cloud (BigQuery), and summaries are reviewed internally in Google Sheets.

Browsing records and lead records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may ask us not to sell or share it. Contact us through the form on this site or by the phone number in the footer and we will act on your request across our systems, including data shared with advertising partners.

You can change your cookie decision at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
